Outside Karachi: 5 working days 

For International Orders: 14 working days 

Fixed Shipping Rates

We offer fixed shipping rates for Karachi under certain conditions: 

• Free delivery in karachi
• Fixed rates of delivery charges apply to all orders in Pakistan
• Free delivery if product is above Rs. 40,000/- in Pakistan

If your order doesn’t meet the criteria, shipping rates may vary.

Order Breakage During Delivery 

We take every precaution to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Detailed product images and the packing process will be shared with you before delivery. The ideal solution is a refund if the product is damaged during transit. To initiate the refund, please contact Earthware Studios via email within 7 days of delivery. Refunds can only be processed if the product is damaged during delivery.
